These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlorAI – AI Garden Design on iPhone, Android, the FlorAI Web App, and gardenappai.com. By using FlorAI you agree to these Terms.
Use of FlorAI – AI Garden Design
FlorAI provides AI garden design, AI garden planner, AI landscape design, AI plant scan, and AI plant health tools that turn photos into AI-generated outdoor design ideas. You agree to use FlorAI only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. By using FlorAI you grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the AI garden design and plant tools, improve our services, and run our normal business operations.
AI-generated results
AI garden design results from FlorAI are visual ideas, not finished landscape plans. Results can vary depending on the photo, lighting, perspective, garden layout, and selected style. AI Plant Scan and AI Plant Health can support everyday plant care but are not a substitute for advice from a gardening expert, nursery, or local extension service.
Responsible use
FlorAI helps users create AI-generated garden design ideas and outdoor planning concepts. Results should be used as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support. For construction, drainage, irrigation, grading, permits, or complex landscaping projects, users should consult qualified professionals.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment provider on the web. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse FlorAI, including by uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others, attempting to reverse engineer the app, or interfering with the normal operation of our services.
Intellectual property
FlorAI, the FlorAI – AI Garden Design name, logo, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer
FlorAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI garden design results will be perfect or suitable for every outdoor project.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlorAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, the Web App, or the website.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
